Operational Strategy and Alignment
Many organizations have the right intentions but the wrong infrastructure. Strategy sits disconnected from execution. Systems don’t reflect how the work actually happens. I help identify where the gaps are, what’s worth fixing, and how to close them in a way that actually holds. This may involve redesigning workflows, clarifying ownership, or improving how work moves through systems.
